Make The Most Out Of 2014

Dr. Enrique Jacome
A new year allows everyone a fresh start, which makes it a perfect opportunity to make the most of 2014. People make endless resolutions about how to make a new year better than the last. Some may be able to make them stick but not without hard work and dedication.
Stay Positive – To make the most of the New Year remember to stay positive. Albert Einstein said that “The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking.”
Tell Others – Those who keep goals to themselves are less likely to keep them because they don’t feel that they have any obligation. You should tell friends or family about your goals and ask for encouragement when you need it. You will be more willing to keep the resolutions you have set for yourself and have a support system in place for when you need it.
Keep Moving Forward – It’s okay if you mess up every once in a while, you are human and are susceptible to mistakes. The trick is to not let minor setbacks keep you from pressing forward. If you’re trying to eat healthy and have a moment of weakness for a bowl of ice cream, then use it as motivation to be even more determined to stay healthy.
Keep Hormones in Check – Hormones play a major role in your everyday life. If you are trying to exercise regularly or get a better job, few things can hold you back more than not having enough energy or getting enough sleep. SottoPelle can help keep your hormones regulated while you strive to achieve your goals.
