Be The Best YOU That You Can Be

Dr. Enrique Jacome
We all have thoughts on who we would like to be. These thoughts come from a number of influences on us over the years. We are constantly bombarded daily with information regarding what we are to look like, dress like, act like and just BE LIKE! This information comes from magazines, television, our friends and even family members. How easy it is to lose focus on who we truly are and welcome, rejoice and love all the unique qualities that come with being ourselves. Here are some great tips to help us love ourselves, appreciate our achievements and be the best individual we can be:
Be in the Moment
Jim Eliot said, “Wherever you are, be all there!” In our modern world this seems like an impossible task. We may be in one of the most beautiful places in the world, yet we find a way to still connect with everyone else not the moment. How many times have you seen a sunset so beautiful, but quickly grab your phone, your camera and connect with social media instead of that moment of AHHH!!  We all love keeping in touch with our friends and family, but remember the key here is to focus on who you are with and what you are experiencing. Doing so may help you find even more joy than you thought.
Be Positive
It’s a challenge some days to stay positive. We get that! Try looking out another window, the window of positivity. When you are stressed try this: Take a deep breathe, walk out of the room and come back in. What do you see now? How can you take away something positive from the situation? Are you wearing your shoulders as earrings these days? Smile! Breathe! Relax!
Be in Harmony with your Hormones
Hormones are not limited to causing problems in teenagers. They can stir up trouble in adults with very different results. As teenagers, you may remember people blaming hormones for your attraction to someone, a smattering of pimples on your face or for overreacting about something. Hopefully you experience a bit of a respite in adulthood from those troublesome hormones. Chances are they can start difficulties again. Are you tired at the end of the day? Are you tossing and turning instead of sleeping? Do you have cold sweats even though your room is nice and warm. Is the room too warm for you while others are freezing? Do you jump at others for no reason? SottoPelle works with your body to bring back your energy and keep your hormones in balance. Each dose is individualized  for you!  You get what your body needs.
